We're excited to host you at our Harlem venue, your premier venue for special occasions. Here's a breakdown of our offerings:

Introductory Flat Rates (All-Inclusive)

  • Café Melo Gallery Space (Upstairs Area Only)
    • Mon-Thurs 5 Hours: $1095 + Tax
    • Fri-Sat 5 Hours: $1195 + Tax
    • What's Included: Basic decor, cleaning services, setup/breakdown time

Regular Hourly Rate

  • Mon-Thurs: $200 per hour
  • Fri-Sun: $250 per hour
  • Additional Charges: Cleaning fee ($195), security guard fee for groups over 45 people ($295)

Payment

  • 50% nonrefundable deposit to secure booking
  • Remaining 50% due 72 hours before the event

Event End Time

  • Guests to collect belongings and vacate 30 minutes to an hour before the event's close
